1. Delivery Area

We deliver our products in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. If you would like delivery outside these countries, please contact our customer service in advance via info@bocca.nl.

2. Shipping Costs

• Any additional costs for express or urgent delivery will be clearly stated before you complete your order.
• Netherlands/Belgium/Germany: € 3.50 – free from € 45,-
• Austria, Switzerland: Orders from 0kg - 2kg € 12,-, 2-10kg € 16,-, 10+ kg € 24,-
• Bulgaria, Finland: Orders from 0kg - 2kg € 24.50, 2-10kg € 34,-, 10+ kg € 49,-
• Denmark, France, Luxembourg: Orders from 0kg - 2kg € 9,-, 2-10kg € 12,-, 10+ kg € 15,-
• Greece: Orders from 0kg - 2kg € 23,-, 2-10kg € 41,-, 10+ kg € 70,-
• Italy: Orders from 0kg - 2kg € 17,-, 2-10kg € 26,-, 10+ kg € 40,-

3. Delivery Time

• We ship orders within 1–2 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Delivery usually takes place within 2–5 working days.
• Should delivery unexpectedly take longer, we will contact you immediately.

4. Method of Delivery

• Delivery takes place at the address you provided.
• If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address, Bocca Coffee cannot be held liable for delay or non-delivery of your order.

5. Receipt & Damage

Always check the packaging upon receipt. If it has been opened or damaged, have the carrier make a note of this before you accept the package.

6. Right of Return

• You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided that the products are unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging.
• Coffee that has been ground or blended at your specific request is excluded from the right of return.
• The costs of return shipping are at your own expense, unless it concerns an incorrectly delivered or damaged product.
