Choosing coffee doesn’t have to be complicated. That’s why we’ve organised our coffees around something simple: how they taste.
Not in technical terms. But in a way that helps you recognise what you enjoy.
Start with two simple questions

Before choosing a coffee, ask yourself:
- Do you prefer round chocolatey or fruity?
- Do you enjoy something easy-going or more complex?
From there, you’ll naturally move towards one of our flavour profiles.
Comfort & Cacao
For coffees that feel familiar and balanced. Built around notes like chocolate, caramel and nuts. These are typically medium to slightly darker roasts, low in acidity and well-suited for espresso and milk-based drinks. A natural starting point if you enjoy a softer, more comforting cup.
Our Comfort & Cacao coffees: Bombita, Soulmate, Easy Rider
Everyday Bright
For coffees with a bit more clarity and energy. You might recognise: berry-like sweetness, floral notes and a lighter, more expressive profile. These coffees often shine in filter methods, where their character opens up. Ideal if you enjoy a fresher, more vibrant cup.
Our Everyday Bright coffees: Gusto, La Donna
Deep Classics
A coffee that works. Every day. These profiles sit in the middle: balanced, structured and easy to return to. They combine sweetness, body and a gentle freshness without extremes. A good place to start if you’re unsure what fits you.
Our Deep Classics coffee: The Blend
Fruitedge / Experimental
For those moments where you want something different. These coffees explore: distinctive origins, experimental processing and outspoken flavour profiles. They can be surprising, sometimes unexpected, but always intentional. Best suited if you already know what you like and want to explore further.\
Our Fruitedge / Experimental coffees: Los Amigos, Ethiopia, The Sparkling Cola
Basics (Core)
For everyday use. These coffees are designed to be: accessible, consistent and easy to work with. Especially suited for fully automatic machines or busy routines. Coffee that simply works.
Our Basics (Core) coffees: House Blend, Espresso Blend
