How much coffee do I need?
Figuring out the right amount of coffee for your subscription can take a little trial and error — it depends on your daily routine
You don’t want to run out of coffee too soon — or end up with too much. To help you get started, we’ve created some practical suggestions based on how many cups of coffee you drink per day. A ballpark based on a 10 gram dose per cup:
1 cup a day
Every 5 weeks - 2 x 250g
2 cups a day
Every 4 weeks - 3 x 250g
Every 6 weeks - 1kg
4 cups a day
Every 4 weeks - 1kg
Every 5 weeks - 1.5kg
Every 6 weeks - 2kg
6 cups a day
Every 4 weeks - 2kg
Every 6 weeks - 2.5k
How do I change my subscription?
Your coffee preferences can change — and that’s okay.
We understand your coffee needs might change over time. That’s why your Bocca coffee subscription is flexible and easy to adjust. Simply log in to your account and go to Manage Subscription to make changes.
You can update the delivery frequency, switch to a different coffee, or change the quantity. This way, you can explore a variety of coffees within your subscription — and keep things interesting!
Can I skip a delivery?
Going on vacation or away for work? No worries, we’ve got you covered.
You can easily pause your subscription to skip a delivery and reactivate it anytime in your account settings. This is possible after the first three deliveries of your subscription.
How long does my coffee stay fresh?
Coffee is a fresh product.
We roast our coffee in our own roastery in the Netherlands, which means you always receive freshly roasted coffee at home. To enjoy the best quality, we recommend consuming your coffee within 4 to 6 weeks after the roast date — provided it hasn’t been exposed to oxygen and light.
Our coffee subscriptions are available in 4, 5, or 6-week intervals, so you’ll always get coffee at its peak. Once opened, make sure to reseal the bag tightly with a clip or store your coffee in an airtight and lightproof container like the Airscape.
When do I receive my next delivery?
After purchasing your subscription
We use direct debit for coffee subscriptions. Before each delivery, a balance check takes place. Once that’s successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your next delivery.
It may take 3 to 5 days for the confirmation email to arrive. If the payment is approved, your delivery will go out as scheduled — the confirmation might just take a little longer to reach your inbox.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Thinking about cancelling your subscription? We’re sorry to hear that.
After three deliveries, you can easily cancel your subscription through your account. Just go to Manage Subscription and follow the steps to cancel.
