A chorizo for coffee lovers
Their shared curiosity and passion for developing high-quality products brought Samuel Levie of Brandt & Levie and our founder Menno Simons together with the idea of creating a chorizo made with coffee.
The chorizo pairs perfectly with the popular Espresso Martini in the evening and with your coffee moment in the morning. The coffee adds a surprisingly fresh, fruity counterbalance to the sharp notes of ground Aleppo and sansho peppers in the sausage. It’s a true taste adventure for both coffee and sausage lovers!
After a development process of several months – testing different coffees, roasting profiles and recipes – we finally created a coffee chorizo we’re truly proud of.
