What is Specialty Coffee?
Specialty coffee is coffee of the highest quality. This is measured on the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) scale. Coffee beans that score 80 points or higher on the SCA scale are classified as specialty coffee. These beans are free from defects and have a rich, distinctive flavor — a noticeable difference compared to commodity coffee. All our coffees are tested daily in our roastery according to this quality scale.
Through our long-term relationships with farmers and our careful selection process, we ensure that the unique origin flavors of all our beans are expressed to their fullest. We tailor our roasting process to the character of each bean, roasting mostly medium to light. This way, we bring out the characteristic aromas, flavors, layers, and nuances of the coffee. Our coffees range from fruity or floral to chocolatey and nutty.

Our red line coffees are for the more experienced specialty coffee drinker.

Do you use a bean-to-cup machine at home for espresso or americano? Then we recommend XX, XX, and XX, which generally taste best on these machines.

Can I return my products, and how?
Food, coffee, and tea products cannot be returned in accordance with Dutch quality regulations. Accessories and equipment can be returned within the legal period of 30 days, provided the product is unopened and unused.
Use the return form included in your package. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Do you have a complaint about a product? Email support@bocca.nl, and our customer care team will help you.
If your package shows visible damage upon delivery, please send us photos of the damage — both of the unopened package and the product itself.
What are your delivery times?
If you place your order before 11:00 a.m., we will ship it the same day. Delivery takes an average of 2–3 business days within the Netherlands. We do our best to meet these times together with our shipping partners, but we cannot guarantee them. Express delivery is available upon request.
International deliveries take 2–5 business days on average.
