Do you want to build the online growth of a leading coffee brand with a mission? Bocca is looking for a sales and digital talent to take our webshop and online sales to the next level.
Location: Amsterdam
What will you be doing?
- You will develop and implement our e-commerce sales strategy
- You will take charge of our online campaigns and lead generation
- You will optimize the webshop environment for increased conversion and sales
- You will analyze customer data, traffic, and buying behavior and make adjustments where necessary
- You will identify commercial opportunities and proactively contribute to product ranges, promotions, and flows
- You will develop smart email flows, automations, and eventually loyalty campaigns (in collaboration with Klaviyo/CRM)
Who are you?
- You have 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, e-commerce, and B2B lead generation
- You think strategically and thrive on execution and optimization
- You know how to grow an online store (Shopify)
- You're familiar with tools like GA4, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads
- You work independently, are entrepreneurial, and have a commercial mindset
- You're hands-on, analytical, and see opportunities before they appear on your to-do list
- You have an affinity for coffee (or you're a fast learner)
