The ultimate feel-good coffee. Easy like Sunday morning, this blend is smooth enough to handle any bumps in the road of life. It brims with sweet notes of chocolate and hazelnut. A perfectly balanced Uganda and Ethiopia, that carry the beloved round flavor notes but with a bolder, richer clarity.

Filter (recommended) and espresso

Filter:
- Dose: 15 grams filter grind with 250 grams of water at 96 degrees.
- Total extraction time: 2.5 minutes
-Procedure: Rinse the filterpaper with a bit of hot water first, slow pour 150g of water during 60 seconds in a circular motion, wait 30 seconds and continue by adding 50 grams off water, at 2 minutes in the pouring process add the last 50 grams of water over the coffee.

Espresso:
- Dose: 19 grams with 40 ml of water at 90 degrees
- Total extraction time: 27 sec
