Purpose of the role
As a Training Coordinator, you are the key player in the Bocca School of Coffee (BSC). Together with your training team, you provide training sessions for both our B2B customers and consumers. Thanks to your enthusiasm, you can transfer knowledge in an engaging and inspiring way during the workshops. In addition, you maintain contact with our customers via email and phone, schedule all training sessions, and ensure that all workshops remain up to date. You also use your knowledge commercially by contributing to a growth plan and developing new trainings. Furthermore, you stay on top of all developments and trends in coffee, tea, brewing methods, equipment, and coffee schools—and you implement that knowledge in our training programs.
As a Sales Support team member, you handle incoming orders, inquiries, feedback, and complaints for both our B2B and B2C departments with a customer-focused approach. The goal of this role is to provide an outstanding customer experience while continuing to improve and grow Bocca overall. You are also available to assist (business) customers—by phone or in person—with machine setup and advising on the best way to serve high-quality coffee.
