Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a (temporary) addition to our commercial team. Someone who not only sees coffee as a beautiful product, but who also takes customers seriously, works in an organized way, and gets energy from a wide variety of tasks throughout the day.
Wat ga je doen?
- Customer Support / Relationship management (helping with questions, issues, deliveries, and setting up the B2B portal);
- Ensuring our proposals, contracts, and communications are clear and error-free (you have a good eye for language and structure);
- Onboarding new clients and keeping them well-informed;
- Supporting the sales team with creating proposals, organizing trainings and tastings, and managing communication with partners;
- Attending client visits, trade shows, and/or other events when needed.
No stress: we’ll make sure you have enough knowledge about coffee, brewing, and equipment—even if you don’t yet. You don’t have to be a barista, but it’s important that you’re eager to learn more about it.
What we are looking for?
- You’re a go-getter with an eye for detail and people
- You have some experience in account or client management
- You work in an organized, precise way and communicate clearly
- You enjoy being hands-on and customer-oriented
- Affinity with coffee is a plus, but you don’t need to know everything yet
