The coffees from Ethiopia are known for many colors and aromas. Think floral scents and flavors of stone fruits. The Natural processing method ensures that this coffee has a thick mouthfeel and many dried fruits. It’s a “Hate it or Love it – coffee!” For some, this is so special that they can’t get enough, others don’t brew this coffee at all.
A light, fast roast preserves many of the floral scents and fresh, exotic fruit flavors. When the roast is darker, you can move towards the spicy en chocolatey notes.
