The chorizo matches the popular Espresso Martini in the evening ànd the coffee moment in the morning. The coffee gives a surprisingly fresh-fruity counterbalance to the sharp notes of the ground aleppo and sansho peppers of the sausage. A true taste adventure for coffee and sausage lovers!

After a process of several months, which involved testing different coffees, roastings and grinds, the South Ethiopian component of BOCCA’s Gusto was the perfect match.
